Welcome to Fulham Plumbing Services. By accessing this website or booking a repair or installation with our dispatch office, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Dispatch

For emergency requests, a flat call-out fee of £40 is charged per visit, which is a one-time charge added to our hourly rates. Hourly work is charged in 15-minute or half-hour increments following the first hour, as specified during your booking confirmation.

2. Pricing and Payments

All standard hourly repair services are subject to a minimum 1-hour charge plus the cost of any parts required to complete the repair. For larger projects, fixed-price quotes are provided following a visual survey. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.

3. 12-Month Workmanship Guarantee

We offer a comprehensive 12-month workmanship guarantee on all new installations, plumbing system upgrades, and electrical fittings. This guarantee covers defects arising from poor workmanship or installation, but does not cover wear and tear or pre-existing system failures.

4. Gas Safety Compliance

All gas and heating works are performed by fully certified Gas Safe registered engineers. It is the responsibility of property owners to ensure safe access to boilers, gas lines, and main supply valves during our visit.
